tickstory doesnt work cannot download data

Dear Tickstory,
I purchased your program in the last week. First I had it installed on one of my computer and it was working. Now I tried to install several times to my second computer but it is not working at all - I cannot Export to MT4! I need it for my thesis so please do something about it and asap.

Hi Elargo,

From our FAQ (http://tickstory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=613):

Q. I am getting the error "Access to the path denied" when exporting.
A. This is caused by Windows denying Tickstory access to the folder where it needs to store its downloaded tick data. To resolve this, go to File->Settings and specify a "Dukascopy Store Folder" that has general write permissions. For example, create a folder called "Tickdata" in your Documents and then specify C:\User\<YourName>\Documents\Tickdata as the storage folder location.

This should resolve the issue you mention so hopefully you're up-and-running shortly.

Excuse me for my wording. FCKin windows playing tricks...before i used the free version and after every restart it deleted 24 gb data....
