indexes

Hey Guys, I can not download data from indexes.
All pairs works without problems, only the indexes is not working.
he invites a file that is only a few big bitts.
I use tikstory 1.5.2.0

Hi Omisis,

Do you have further details about what you are trying to download and what is "not working"? We've tried USA500IDX and all is good.

I tried with Nikkei and Dow Jones and DAX, all does not work

Hi -
Both and have just been tested and download fine.
Please provide further information such as an error message or screenshot if you require any additional assistance. Also check the forum for the error message you are getting.

there is no error message, the file is loaded, but is incomplete.
quality for 4 weeks and only 86%.
in the forum I can not find any help.

I've read the FAQ, it does not affect my problem.
I can accessible by all other instruments 99% quality.
This means that the settings are correct.
ONLY with INDEXES cannot get the quality.

Hi - You will note that the symbol name in Dukascopy is "JPNIDXJPY" whereas your MT4 symbol name is "[JP225]" (note the braces). You will need to use the "Maps To" field to map the Dukascopy symbol to your MT4 symbol name. This process is described in the manual and also if you search the forum for "Maps to".
