Export data file in JForex tick data format

Post by tigeerr »

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to export data file in JForex tick data format, I see that it is possible with timeframe from 1M to 1D but is it possible with tick data format? I need them for Forex Strategy Builder, tick data format is in .bin format while the bar timeframe are in .csv. So, can I export in a .bin file format? How can I do?

Thanks

Hi Tigerr,

I'm not sure what ".bin" format FSB accepts. Dukascopy used to use this format but have since changed to a slightly different .bi5 format. If you would like these raw Dukascopy data files, they reside in the "data store" folder that you have nominated in your settings. If you are trying to export in a specific CSV format, you can design whatever output format you would like in both tick & bar formats. Have a look at the manual for further details.

Hope this helps.
