Please help to reset my license

Hi,
I think my license is still tied to my old PCs. I used the 2nd license slot on a new SSD a couple of days ago...but that SSD had issues, so I wiped the SSD and returned it to the shop.

Please help reset and delete all machines connected to my license.

Hi Collektor,

Please note that your subscription to our support has expired. If you wish to have continued priority support, you can renew your subscription by going to Help->About in Tickstory and clicking the Renew button.

Once you have done that, you can you please send us through the last 4 characters of your "Support ID" on the machine you wish to keep. This ID also shown in the Help->About or License menu.

My license is working now. I was able to activate on my 2nd PC.

Hi Collecktor,

You're welcome. Do note that our licensing system is designed to work on a specific machine, as identified by a "fingerprint". In your case, there were more than the allowed maximum installations which is why you received an error message.

Note that part of your subscription covers all these types of requests for assistance, so please consider renewing if you require further help.
