Can not find download link in mailbox

I just purchased the subscription on the tickstory but can not find the email for download in my mailbox. I have mailed the support mailbox but no response yet. Could you please help with this? Thank you.

We have resent the email to the address you specified. Please make sure you have checked your Spam folder for the email. If you still can't see it, please make sure your email box isn't full and can receive emails. For your convenience, we have also sent you a private message (top right menu) which has the contents of the email.
