i have trouble with exporting data

hello can you help me, when i click "export to mt4" there is always error message :

Error occurred processing file C:\Users\Abrah\AppData\Roaming\Tickstory\Tickstory Lite\Data\EURUSD\2023\10\28\00h_ticks.bi5. Attempting redownload.

and when i click start in mt4 , only "waiting for update"

please help me. i want to buy "professional" plan, but dont know how to resolve this

Hi Lucratioz,

If you are getting this error on the odd occasion, you can ignore it as Tickstory will recover from it. If you cannot see any data in Tickstory's Data Inspector (Tools->Show Data), then it could be that your internet provider/service/anti-virus/firewall is blocking Tickstory from accessing the data servers in some way. In such a case, please try clicking on this link in your browser. It should ask you to download a file called "00h_ticks.bi5" which, when saved, should be 17KB large. If this is not the case, it's likely your internet is restricted in some way and this can usually be resolved by using a VPN.
