Where to see current subscription plan

Hi, where can I see my current subscribtion plan? I havent used tickstory for a while, but now the donwload speed is extremely slow, as if I was on the free plan. But I am pretty sure I still have several months on my yearly plan as a paid member..

Hi Jechris,

You can check your subscription status in the Help->About box of Tickstory where it will show the date of your subscription's expiry (or if it has already expired).

In your case, your subscription is still active. If you haven't already, please use your download link to get the latest v1.9.7.15 of Tickstory which includes a fix to ensure you are using our dedicated servers.
