License query

Can you please reset my license because I can't activate it on my new Windows? I have 2, reset both of them.

Hello R1ddl3,

Your licenses have been reset. Please ensure the software has been fully uninstalled from the old machines, otherwise it will again re-use a license (if you have since deleted the operating system, then this is fine also).
