Hello Tickstory Team!
My question is simple: Am i allowed to use screenshots of tickstory lite in an ebook?
You would get links and a recommendation to use your tool...
Thank you for your efforts!
Ask for permission to use screenshots
Re: Ask for permission to use screenshots
Hi Hansberger.
Thanks for your question. Perhaps you can tell us more about your e-book? As a general rule, please feel free to use screenshots of the application but please make sure that your readers are aware that it not "official" documentation from Tickstory. This will avoid any confusion and potential questions from users should the information be obsolesced at some stage.
Look forward to hearing more from you!
Kind regards.

Re: Ask for permission to use screenshots
Thannk you for your fast and positive response!
I will include links to your wonderful tool and the forum for my readers!
My eBook is about Forex-Trading (the right way to do it) and there are chapters about all that scams and how to avoid them. One way is certainly by backtesting 99% all the "holy grails" ... and then bin 99% of them. So in the explanation of that "how to" screenshots of tickstory lite will help the users a lot!
The other chapter is about backtesting manually with tickdata.
So thank you again!
