Depending on the load on the Dukascopy data servers, you may experience these sorts of timeout errors which Tickstory will try and recover from. If you continue to have the issue. you can either retry your download at a different time of day or upgrade to a Tickstory licensed/subscription which will give you access to our own dedicated data servers.
