Wrong date range

Post by ofir_y »

Hello,

I just downloaded data of the last year (22-Oct-22 to 21-Oct-23), but for some reason, the 3 folders under 2022 are 09, 10 and 11, and the 9 folders under 2023 are 00 to 09.
Is it possible that the folder names are in offset? That is, 00 is January, 01 is February, etc.?
In addition, the days under 2022->09 folder (that apparently is October 22's folder) start from 21 – and not from 22 as I asked.

Please advise.

Hi Ofir_y,

That's correct, the months are zero-based. Please note that the download operation may have some technical specifics which should not affect what you see within the application.

Thanks.
