Need to reset my license key

Hi there, my VPS host had to reset my server and I believe this is causing a problem with my being able to use Tickstory. I get the error "Licence failed, deinit" and I searched the forum and found that someone else had a similar problem when installing on a new computer. Can you reset my license key?

Hi Erica,

Please try again to activate, it should work fine. If you continue to have problems, please let us know the exact details of the error. "License failed, deinit" is not an error coming from Tickstory as far as I know so just make sure it isn't some other software reporting this.
