Forgot Licence Key

I recently got a new computer and want to move tickstory onto it but can't find the email with the license key. Is there any way to get a new license key?

We unfortunately cannot find your license key based on the email address you have provided. We will need either the email address you used when purchasing Tickstory and/or order number to be able to locate your license and assist you further. You can reply with the details on this thread and it will remain private.

Thanks for the further details. We found your license under the ty**@gmail.com address and have resent the details to this address.
Your subscription is purchased under a different email address. If you would like us to consolidate to the one email (and allow us to identify your license sooner), then please let us know which one by sending a confirmation from that email address.
