About zigzag backtest

i have EA of zigzag ,and this EA give me the price of last array zigzag..
and when i put the EA directly in platform the EA show me the price normal..
and when i do backtest of platform show me also the price normal..
but when i use TickStory the EA give the value 0
can u explain why and what i should doing ???
