How to Update

Hi, I became a member back in 2019 so I have a license key. I have not used Tikstory for a while and my subscription has expired. Is there a way to update my membership or do I have to fully resubscribe?

Hi Bullverine,

You can easily renew your subscription by going to Help->About in Tickstory and clicking on the "Renew" button. Once renewed, you will have access to the latest version of Tickstory from the original download link that was emailed to you when you purchased.

Thanks for the information. You are currently running the free/Lite version of Tickstory. Instead, could you please install the registered version of the software for full functionality.
