I need support to have my Tickstory license reset as I have installed it on two of my computers but now want to migrate over to a new, more powerful, machine.

Hi, I have the same problem. I have activated Tickstory on a new laptop-works fine, uninstalled it from the old laptop, but on second pc it is not working anymore, number of licenses is exceeded. Please let me know how to proceed with license reset in order to make it working on two machines.
