Thanks - we assume that you are running the latest Metatrader 4 Build 1340 as well. If this is not the case, please let us know.
From a compatibility perspective there should be no issue. Could you please run through
these trouble-shooting steps and see if this helps?
If everything was previously working on your machine, it is probably just point #4 in the trouble-shooting list that might be the cause.

UPDATE: Metatrader Build 1342 has been automatically pushed out to some users. Could you please check your private messages as we've given you a pre-release of Tickstory v1.9.6.4 that will help if you are using MT4 Build 1342. We will be making an official release of this shortly after some testing.
