I have problem to connect dukascopy data. when I click test button, I received some error message as attached.

The error "temel alinan baglanti aptatildi: alma isleminde beklenmeyen hata olustu" seems to translate to "underlying connection failed: unexpected error occurred while importing" which indicates that Tickstory cannot access the data servers.

This is most likely caused by your PC and/or internet provider not allowing access to the required internet locations. To make sure it is not your PC, please ensure that any firewalls or anti-virus applications are not blocking access to Tickstory. If this is not the case, if you have one, you might want to try another internet connection. A VPN may be needed in countries that restrict access to the internet.
