mt4 launch issue build 1370

hello
i have problem with launching the mt4 terminal from tickstory and because of that i only get 90% backtest data
i am using the latest version of tickstory 1.9.7.6

here is the mt4 terminal version

and when i try to lunch from mt4 i get this error

Hello Seocalif,

Could you please run through this check-list to see if it resolves your issue? In addition, please make sure you are not running any other software that is augmenting/using MT4. If you have any such software, you will need to uninstall it and then try launching again.

tnx for the update i have other software and have uninstalled and now when i try to lunch the terminal the error is gone but it only shows for one second the "metatrader 4 with tickstory launcher" and gets it turn back to naga markets demo

Hi Seocalif,

Thanks for the screenshot. It looks like you are using an operating system other than Windows? If so, the launcher only supports MT4 running on Windows-based systems.

nope i use win 10

Thanks for the clarification. If you had other software installed, you will need to entirely remove it from your PC and reboot.
If you have another PC with a clean install, you can try it there to confirm it is working.

Hi Seocalif,

I'm not sure what you mean by the "other terminal". The Lite version of the software only supports launching of a single terminal, as specified in your Tickstory settings. If you would like to use more than 1 terminal at a time, you will need our Advanced Tester module.

that is the same terminal when i click the launch terminal from tickstory it gets opened "metatrader 4 with tickstory launcher terminal" and it gets refreshed to the "naga global mt terminal" and with the naga global terminal i only get 90% of tick data not 99%

Please take the time to work through our FAQ. These are the only reasons why you would not get 99% modelling quality. In particular, make sure you have "mapped" your symbol name to your broker's symbol name (see our manual or this forum for more).

i have read all the faq and manuals i have deployed the mql4 script on the chart generated the config file loaded in the tickstory export to mt4 option mapped the correct symbol downloaded the history data and when i click on run from mt4 terminal the terminal gets opened and when it gets opened it get that terminal reloaded to the broker terminal (i have removed the login and pasword to the broker so i am not logged in the broker) and if i try to run the strategy tester i only got 90% ..... i have tried in virtual machine on clean windows and there i also get the same result

P.S in the mt4 terminal i have this error when i run the strategy tester " OrderSend error 130"
