Standard pack downloaded and MT4 settings entered [screen grab below]. Launched MT4 from within Tickstory but MT4 header does not indicate connection made [screen grab below]. Would appreciate your suggestions on corrective action to be taken.[attachment=0]

Thanks for your purchase and welcome aboard! Could you please clarify what you are expecting here? Tickstory does not make any "connection" to MT4, you export data through a one-off process which is described in this video.

If you are having some issues with the export process, then we can assist you further if you can provide further details.
