Hi all

Apologies for posting what is probably really simple.

I am trying to download the data for backtesting in MT5.

What I want to know is, should I adjust the 'timezone' and 'daylight savings' settings to match my broker settings on the Tickstory 'Export to File' menu?

According to the information given, you should select the "New York Trading" time-zone at the top of the time-zone selection menu.

On a separate note, could you please provide us with the email address you used when licensing Tickstory? This will ensure we give you appropriate support according to your subscription.
