Tickstory

hi there,

I want to expoert to MT5, some Symbols by tick. But this is not so easy, because I have to export every symbol by itself and name every symbol by itself.

Is it possible to export all symbols at once ?
Please help with this simple problem I guess.

Hi Stefan,

To export all the symbols, click on the first row, press the SHIFT key and the click on the last row (i.e. highlight all the symbols you want to export). Then, right-click and select 'Export to file'. You will note that the export file specification looks like this:

c:\users\username\Documents\{Symbol}.csv

The {Symbol} token is automatically set by Tickstory for each exported file, so you should see the corresponding .csv files for all those files you exported (GOOG.US.csv, BABA.US.csv, etc) in your "Documents" folder.
