I have change my PC and I want to use the tickstory but it still cannot.. Why?

This error is occurring as the data was not available at the time of request. It should be available now.

I tried to download again M15 from date 30 April 2021 to 10 May 2021 and I cant download again with the log:

why is that happen?

Hi Rendy,

This error could occur due to broken internet connections/corruptions during the transfer. Please also check that you have sufficient disk space.
If the system continues to download, it means Tickstory has recovered from the error.

Why it is happened?

and i have read the free account can download for 1 year. why I cant download the history for one year?

If this error persists you will need to check your internet connection. There are no current issues with server access.
