I've had to reinstall Tickstory. I have license Standard (I bought it 5 months ago) with the mail ventura.alcalde@...In order to reinstall, I only can download the Lite versión from the portal of TickStory in order to upgrade it to Standard, but I don't find the way to introduce my number of license to convert Lite version to Standard version. 3 months ago I could do it in HELP tab but now I don't see it after the last download of version 1.9.5.8.
