I'm new to Tickstory and I'm trying to download or export files.
I can see on the screen that the activity has started but it's PENDING and I keep waiting and waiting and nothing happens.
Can anybody help me?

Hi Cristina,
Welcome aboard! Could you please check your File->Settings->General->Max Concurrent Downloads is set to 2 and then try exporting again?
It should commence automatically. You can also right-click the task and "Start" it.
