I am also facing this issue. Am using 1.9.7.0 of TickStory Standard (i.e., with license which I have just purchased today) and my MT4 is from Oanda (with build 1350).

Tried to troubleshoot with tips from this link but unable to resolve it: https://tickstory.com/help/tickstorylit ... cher_error.

Attached is the screenshot of the error message when I tried to launch MT4.

Hi Hokono,

I assume you have worked through this trouble-shooting check-list. If so, the only extra thing to note is that if you have any other software installed that integrates with MT4, please uninstall it and try again.
