Tickstory

Just purchased the standard version a few days ago v 1.9.5.5 , and while the export to mt4 download seems to work, I cannot launch mt4 v4.00 build 1264from within Tickstory. Suggestions?

I am continuing to have issues after running through the shared 4-part checklist. Any suggestions?
If it makes a difference, I'm running Tickstory & MT4 on a Google VPS (Windows desktop on Windows Server 2012 R2)

Could you please send a screenshot of the message you are getting? Could you also please check if you have .NET Framework v4.6 installed?
Do you have a local PC you can try it on so we have a baseline for it working propert on your computer setup?

Per request, screen shot of the Launcher error is attached along with my MT4 settings.

re: .NET Framework v4.6 - I've checked and it seems I have .NET v4.0

I have tried using Tickstory to launch MT4 locally and it's worked in the past. (It may not be relevant, but I can launch MT4 from metaeditor)

Please let me know if this gives you enough information to suggest a solution that will allow me to launch MT4 from Tickstory standard.

Update - when I tried to update my .NET version, I got the attached screenshot - apparently I do have .NET 4.6 or better.

Thanks for the information. We don't usually test on older operating systems but it should work as long as you have .NET Framework v4.6.
Usually you should see ".NET Framework 4.6" explicitly in the installed windows packages. Here is the official .NET 4.6 package if you haven't tried that already.
