Change timezone also in EA settings?

Hello, when I apply timezone and DST settings in Tickstory as I export the history to MT4, do I also need to change the settings of timezone (ex: GMTOFFSET parameter) of an EA?

Ok just to be sure, since english is not my native language:

In Tickstory, if I apply my brokers timezone as I export history to MT4, I should also change the GMTOFFSET parameter to my brokers timezone (+2 in my case) when backtesting. And that parameter should still be at my brokers timezone (+2) when I start live trading with that EA.

Am I correct?
