Tickstory on new laptop

I have tickstory standard on my old laptop, i have downloaded tickstory on a new laptop,
how do i use it , do i have to type my license code somewhere?

We couldn't find your license information based on the email provided, however if you have the original email that you were sent, please click on the download link. This will give you the registered version of the software that will prompt for your license key.

all set up but i have a new problem
cant download any data
ive linked tickstory to the mt4 platform, it was working first then it just stopped..

getting these errors

Hi Trenhard,

It looks like a program has one of the MT4 data (.hst) files open. Could you please close Metatrader 4 and restart Tickstory and try your export again?

If you continue to have issues with the "file is being used by another process" error, you will need to locate the application that has this file open (a reboot will usually help as a last resort).
