I am using this data for educational purposes. At the end of my research, I will write a thesis on the subject of AI trading. Is it possible to store this data in an open online database like openml.org, so other researchers can understand with what data I wrote my thesis and how I used the data in the algorithms?

If you are referring to the instrument tick data from a particular data source (eg. Dukascopy), you will need to refer to the provider's website (eg. www.dukascopy.com) to determine whether this is acceptable.
