I have read the FAQ:
"This is caused by Windows denying Tickstory access to the folder where it needs to store its downloaded tick data. To resolve this, go to File->Settings and specify a "Dukascopy Store Folder" that has general write permissions. For example, create a folder called "Tickdata" in your Documents and then specify C:\User\<YourName>\Documents\Tickdata as the storage folder location."
I am getting this error:
22-12-2019 06:49 Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Tickstory\EURUSD.csv' is denied.
I changed the data path in settings, clicked on "Test" and received a successful test message. I exited settings, then went back into setting and verified that the the new path is saved in setting. I closed Tickstory, re-booted my computer and re-started Tickstory and verified in settings that the new data path is saved. I still get the message above.
