This error is usually caused by your ISP/government blocking access to the Dukascopy servers. The main workaround we know for Chinese users is to use a proxy or VPN to bypass the restriction.
You can test your network configuration by going to File->Settings->Dukascopy and pressing the 'Test' button.

The software does retry but of course if there is no connection, there will be no data and the export will be incomplete. You will need to resolve the issue before you can continue.

These errors appear during the download process. For example, if I download the data for 2010-2015, these errors will occur during the process, which means that most of the data is downloaded successfully, except for the prompts. So I am worried that the individual data of these errors will affect the test results.

That said, as originally stated, the 500 error happens to Chinese users unless they are working through a proxy.
