I Downloaded XAUUSD data from tickstory but the volume for most of the candles is zero. does any one know how to solve this problem? forex strategy builder make error with these volumes.

Since "executed volume" is not typically available in FX, TIckstory sums on the bid/ask order book at the time. This is expressed in millions and if liquidity is low, I imagine the result could be zero.
If you need a positive value in the 'volume' field when importing, you can manually enter a "1" in the volume field to force the value to always be positive (i.e. a value of 1).

This should hopefully resolve your import issue.
