Hi

At the outset I would like to thank you very much for providing this wonderful program

I tried to install the program and I got this message
and then I continued the installation process until it was completed.
But I do not want to show this message because I'm afraid there will be errors in the future, so I deleted the program and re-installed the program again but show me the same message each time I delete the program re-installed it again?
What's the solution ?

Hi Mr.chart,

The error you are getting appears to be due to some virus/protection feature on your system. You might try running the Tickstory setup program as Administrator and see if this helps, otherwise you will need to see what application is preventing you from installing. A quick Google search seems to reveal that BitDefender could be the culprit:
