hello, when I try to download this update, it still downloads the v1.9.7.15, it appears to be some kind of error

Your download link will give you the latest version available to you on your chosen subscription. If your subscription has expired you can renew it by going to Help->About and clicking the "Renew" link. After that, the latest version will immediately be available on the same download link.

I've been using the free version, i don't require much, does that mean that the update 1.9.7.16 will not be available for me?

I am using the Lite version however when I try to download the file it only loads the 1.9.7.15 version
