hello, when I try to download this update, it still downloads the v1.9.7.15, it appears to be some kind of error

I've been using the free version, i don't require much, does that mean that the update 1.9.7.16 will not be available for me?

I am using the Lite version however when I try to download the file it only loads the 1.9.7.15 version
