codigos de licencia invalido

hola;
acabo de comprar la licencia y me han enviado por correo los codigos de licencia y un enlace para descargarme el tickstory.
problema numero; coloco los codigos en ayuda-licencia y me pone que son invalidos.
problema numero 2; al intentar entrar en en lanzamiento del propio porgrama de tickstory al mt4 me pone este mensaje.

uso windows 10. Mt4 version 4.00 version 1090. osea teniendo la licencia de tickstory y su programa de pago no tendria que haber problemas.
como soluciono estos dos problemas?
