Reactivation after reinstalling windows

Hello. I want to reinstall windows on my local PC. How can i get my program still working, without buying the new version?

If you can, uninstall the program first and re-install when you have re-installed Windows.

Yes i can do it the way you described. I will uninstall it first.
The program was registered on this emaIL ***@**.com. My sign up e-mail is the second license.
