My XAUUSD can not execute the percent stop loss
but I can execute on MT4 history data.

I suspect that I exported the problem

It is important to know why your stop-loss is not being set. Tickstory only exports pricing data and after that, the MT4 Strategy Tester and your EA is responsible for setting the stop-loss. If your stop loss is not getting entered, it can only mean that:

1) Your EA is not creating a stop-loss.
2) MT4 Strategy Tester is rejecting your stop-loss command.

In the case of 2), the EA Journal should tell you this.
