The first two numbers are the "current pass" of "x passes" in the optimization run. In your screenshot, it would read 2481th pass of 10496 optimization passes.
Not sure what the third number is - perhaps number of ticks processed? Maybe another user can help out - otherwise it might be more useful to post this question on the MQL forums.
