Tickstory

Hi,

Issue 1 :
i just bought Tickstory but when launching MT4, it prompt me “A suitable launcher could not be found” error.

I have run Tickstory as Administrator , settings C:\Program Files (x86)\Metatrader.

Tickstory version 1.8.9.1
MT4 version 4.0 build 1090

Issue 2 :

I have performed Export to MT4, there are .hst and .fxt files stored in following folders and yet, when in Strategy Tester, the downloaded currency NOT in Symbol's list of value, may i know how to resolve this ?

C:\Users\XX\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\xxx\tester\history
C:\Users\xx\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\xxx\history\OANDA-v20 Practice-1

Regarding your questions:

1) Have you applied your license in the Help->License menu? This should resolve the issue. If not, please check out our FAQ on this topic:

2) You will need to ensure you "map" your symbol from the Tickstory symbol name (eg. "EURUSD" or "DEUEURIDX") to the MT4 Symbol name (eg. "EURUSDpro" or "DAX"). This topic is covered in the manual (press F1 in the application) or if you search for "Map to" in this forum:
