I am in china,so the problem is the download data has been shielding by the china Firewall.
So can you tell me what is the URl for download data from Dukascopy webservice?
I want to use the URl for testing with web proxy...
The isses have been bothering me for a long time...

Put this web address in your browser and if it downloads a file then you know you have solved the issue:

At the moment, we know of users who are using their own proxies or VPNs and this bypasses the restriction.
