No Datas are getting imported

Hello,

I just bought Tickstory, setup everything whats need it, with the help of the video.
I double checked several times the settings.
However, after I download the Data and launch the MT4, which works with no problem, there are no Datas imported.
I tried that now several times with no luck.
The only Datas which are available those are from 2017 and I download it the full year 2016
Seems like I'm missing something here.

With regard to your issue, are you able to provide us with some screenshots of the problem so we can assist trouble-shoot further such as:

1) A screenshot of your Tickstory File->Setup->MT4 Settings.
2) A screenshot of the Windows Explorer window when you go to File->Open Data Folder in MT4 and then browse tester/history.
3) A screenshot of your Strategy Tester window.
4) Any other information that may be relevant.

Well, I installed Tickstory new and when I now try to launch the MT4 I get that error
How should I import now the data?

BTW I use MT4 build 1090

For the Export to File issue, this item should also help:

Please note that if you are using MT4, you can directly export to Metatrader using the "Export to MT4" feature of Tickstory. If you are wanting to import data into MT4, this is a one step process rather than "Exporting to File" and then importing the data into MT4.
