Cannot launch MT4 inside tickstory

My MT4 build is 1031 and i have downloaded back test data in tickstory but i cannot launch mt4 in tickstory with attached error

Please go to the Help->License menu and copy and paste the license number you were sent. This will activate the full functionality of the software & launcher.
