I was not able to pay attention to the topic since our last conversation due to various reasons... I will not bother with other things now and I will try to ask this question:
At Ducascopy web page I have found this timing of the USA500 CFD market https://www.screencast.com/t/aPXkF36HnMr9 . Is it the timing the same way in the Tickstory data? If yes, everything is clear as far as my EA is trying to open the trades several minutes after a midnight ...

Yes, these timings should match the data you get from Dukascopy. Be mindful however, that historical data can sometimes can exist outside of these hours (for whatever reason). As such, make sure you cater for any such eventuality in your EA code.
