Tickstory

Hello, I have recently acquired your software. I have sucessfuly installed the product and have already downloaded data for EURUSD and the DAx index. however it doesn't seem to export the data into my MT4. I have followed all the instructions and I even tried to used the infoexpert on and EURUSD and GER30 chart but it just doesn't run.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Miguelvieira21,

Could you please provide some more information about why you don't think the data is exporting to MT4? Is your symbol in Metatrader called "EURUSD" or something different? Perhaps if you give us some screenshots of your export process and any other relevant messages/errors you are getting? That way we should be able to pin-point the issue for you.
