v1.6.1 with build 1031

I bought a v1.6.1 sometime back, but haven't used it lately. This version does not work with build 1031. Do I have to pay again to get the latest version that will work with build 1031?

Hi Yellowknife,

The good news is that you are entitled to upgrade to v1.7.5 for free. This version of Tickstory is compatible up to MT4 Build 950.
If you would like to utilise MT4 Build 1031, an upgrade is required to go to v1.8. We sent you an email some time back (around June 2016) regarding a significant discount that existing users get on upgrading. If you would like us to resend this mail, please let us know.
