MT4 Not responding

I have downloaded Tickstory for the first time exported data and launched MT4, it give a non-responding message. Could this be that it is the first time and the exported data is being synced?

Hello Cwggtt,

Could you please give us more information about the "non responding" message? Are you referring to Windows saying the application is not responsive? Have you tried to start MT4 up without Tickstory?

Yes windows is saying that it is not responding - I also do'nt get the Tiskstory listing in the EA tree

Although the app say that the export was successful, I do not see tick data in the history on mt4

Hi Cwggtt,

Please make sure you can start MT4 normally through the Windows Start menu. If the application is hanging, then there is some problem with your MT4 installation.
