Access denied when exporting

Hi RL2013,

Windows does not allow you to write data in the specified location (i.e. in your 'Program Files' directory). In your export file specification, specify a filename with a directory path such as "C:\XAGUSD.txt" (or in your 'Documents' folder) and this should work.

I can't export file. I got this message: Export failed: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Tickstory Lite\CL.csv' is denied. I turned Windows firewall off and still didn't work.

Hi - please specify an explicit path to export your file to such as:

C:\Users\Yourname\Documents\{Symbol}.csv

The path you are trying to export to (the current directory) is protected by Windows.
