DAX 30 data

Hi friends,

I have been downloading the historical data through the tickstory of the DAX30. My broker uses GMT + 2, according to this schedule the DAX should open at 9am and close at 11pm, however in the historical data downloaded (since January 2012) there is DAX data all the days (24 hours a day), only the most recent data are consistent with the time.
Are the data obtained by tickstory from duckascopy good?
